I am seeking a small holding 2+ bedrooms, house, cottage or bungalow with land from 2 acreas +. My preference is to not be close to neighbours, private water and private sewage. I have sold my property and therefore a cash buyer. I prefere a move in ready property or some thing that did not require too much renovation. I am open to any where in the UK once ihe property is suitable
