All the territories sought after and the project constraints seem to afford some decent scope for opportunity.
Here are some options we’ve discovered so far:
1. Ganthorpe: this one is taking you out toward the A64 as opposed to being more west of the A1…but the details line up.

We found this plot with a derelict stone barn and 18 acres in Harrogate – again, doesn’t seem to have planning, therefore the price reflects this.
