As said, most of our finds within the budget bracket you requested are in Scotland. That being said, we occasionally discover some from England and Wales too – but they tend to require renovation or modernisation. Also, they are often for sale by auction.
For now, that’s all we’ve got (as shared above), but we’re still searching on your behalf and will report back should we spot a match.

… actually, there is one more property we know of that we haven’t included:
It’s listed by the sellers Malcolm and June 07766 765230 – admittedly, it’s coastal and not so many trees around as per your request – but 6.5 acres of ‘decrofted’ land is a head start on the registration speed bump.
