Lincolnshire Hi We want to buy a smallholding around £500000 – 3 or 4 beds with 2 to 3 acres. If it has outbuildings that need updating or refurbishment is better. Many thanks Lui

Hi,

Thanks for your enquiry.

We’re currently researching the Lincolnshire market – and, sure enough – conditions look favourable for your move.

Here’s an example of a property we recently spotted:

3 Bed Smallholding For Sale With Outbuildings & 12 Acres of Pasture & Woodland in Skegness (£525K)

…it’s a little more than budget, but more acreage (if that trade-off is attractive…?), plus it has outbuildings which could fit your refurb ideas.

Also, on that note – here is a podcast with an experienced planning consultant who delivers an insightful masterclass on planning permission for a replacement dwelling project.

We’ll keep looking in the meantime and let you know when something comes up.

Let us know how you get on…

Speak soon.
