I am possibly looking for something in the hereforshire, Worcestershire, Staffordshire areas.
I need at least 2 acres as my wife has horses. Would prefer with stables although not essential.
Would also need outbuildings as my hobby is restoring motorbikes.
The house itself needs at least 2 bedrooms the master being able to take a 6ft bed. Don't really want more than 3 bedrooms.
Condition needs to be liveable although I don't mind a bit of DIY modernisation.
The budget will depend on what our house is worth but would at thevery outside be 320K
