Details
We need at least 3 bedrooms and 2 reception rooms. We also need a minimum of 5 acres of usable land. If it is at the top of our budget it has to have a massive workshop sutiable to also store tractors, stables and fields suitable for shire type horses. Obviously we need to have permission to use the land for set building work as well as keeping animals and growing fruit and vegetables.
