The intention is to purchase a small plot to develop of the coming years into a small holding (Horses, chickens, ducks ext.), I wish to be able to house a caravan on site (require water) Electricity is a bonus but would use solar/wind as a source - the intention is to become self sufficient at some stage.
I currently have an apartment in the South which I would sell and move to the plot once I am able.
