We want to find a smallholding with at least 5 acres, woodland, possibly a stream or water source nearby, no immediate neighbours, 3 bedrooms, good size kitchen, outbuildings if possible. We are looking for a property where we can be as self sufficient as possible and have space to accommodate an annexe/separate living quarters for my Father. We are looking for a property in any condition or where permit to build has been granted. We are cash buyers with no forward chain, as both my husband and myself sold our house, my father sold his, and we are now living out of our motorhomes whilst searching for our forever home. Although we have been actively searching in Wales we are open to other areas of the country, although we'd rather it not be in the south east.
