I am looking for mainly land (woodland), perhaps with a derelict building and streams. If it has a derelict cottage or small cottage then I can extend my budget to £350,000. This is to start a small eco tourism business, probably building a treehouse. If it has a cottage for renovation, I will into also look to living in this property in the future.
I am not too fixated about the location but ideally looking for anywhere in north wales or Scotland or Cumbria, situated in or close to nationals park and or hillside view. The view is a must.
