Hello we are looking to rent and maybe buy a small holding. We are unsure as to any specific requirements and we may look at a business opportunity within the smallholding if we could. We would need 5 bedrooms or the potential to have 5 or more bedrooms, the condition needs to be okay but we can work on that. We are currently care providers to a man with severe learning disabilities and his health is better on the Isle of Wight. He needs space and peace and animals and wildlife around him. Any business would incorporate our work within the learning disability and autism areas in which we work. We did move to the island once and know the place very well, but our children could not settle so we returned to Brixham after only 9 months. Until the children are through school we will remain based in Brixham but we spend a great deal of time on the Isle of Wight, and one of us would permanently stay there if we could find the right place.
