Ideally we would like a 3 bedroom quirky, characterful detached property with a double garage and 1 or 2 barns/outbuildings. We estimate that we will require a min of 2acres to facilitate both our growing area needed for vegetables and fruits and to provide ample camping space for our planned fixed units, visiting tents and motorhomes. The outbuilding/s we plan to covert into an on site tearoom and craft shop. We will also look to provide a small wash and toilet block for our campers. Therefore we would hope for the land to be fairly flat with good drainage. We would also, ideally, prefer to be no further than 10 miles from the coast.
