NO WORK NEED DOING. plenty of land to grow stuff and keep goats/ducks/geese, maybe a horse. outbuildings for storage, workshop, utility and snug in a house with a big kitchen for farmhouse table and wood-burning cooker and wood burners in other rooms, cellar would be good, as well as a snug not large living room, nice beams would be a bonus. own energy supply and water supply, a lot to ask I know but can compromise.
