I'm looking for a traditional stone cottage or house with at least three bedrooms and outbuildings (ideally in good repair but can be run-down too) ideally with planning permission to be converted into meeting rooms/accommodation/living space. I'm not planning to keep livestock other than chickens, but need a minimum of 10 acres of land to provide extensive growing space for vegetables and an orchard, plus opportunities for rewilding through habitat restoration and rewilding and tree planting. Mains water and electricity would be an advantage initially although we have longer term plans to go off-grid with both.
