Details
Looking for any rural location in North or mid Wales. 4 bed residential dwelling required (in liveable condition - i.e. no major refurb required). Looking for small campsite ideally (around 10 pitches and existing shower block or scope / permission to install). OR a ready set up cattery business in a rural location. If the site is a campsite, we also plan for a small cattery business so additional outbuildings would be a bonus. Also desirable space to keep chickens and rabbits and some garden space for growing veg etc.
