we would like to buy a piece of land that we could build a campsite on, we would have a log cabin or static for a while and then maybe would build a bungalow to live in on site. We would like to have pods, electric hook up pitches for camper vans, our idea is to have a self contained unit for each pitch that would have toilet, shower and basin and an outside wash station also. We would eventually like a main shower/toliet block. Our main concern is buying land and not be able to get planning to build the campsite. We have a strong vision of what we would like, in a rural setting, near the coastline or a short drive away. A river or lake large pond within the grounds but essential. We would like to eventually have a cafe/shop on site, that would bring in daily visitors who aren't camping. Supporting local businesses who could supply goods and products. Open to other areas not just Devon. We want to build this as our life and business.
