Most important to us is privacy, we'd like land to both sides and behind the house. The house needs to be reasonable, but doesn't need to be pretty or perfect! Total amount is less important than layout - we'd like to be able to safely grow trees all around us. Also we don't really care where in the UK it is but this questionnaire forced me to choose an area!
