Details
I am interested in renovating an old, potentially derelict farmhouse in Wales and living self sufficiently, on about 10-20 acres. I’d like some woodland included ideally. I do not need high quality grazing land or many fields, just enough to keep a few animals for my wife and myself. My budget is 120-200,000 pounds and I am not in a chain.
