Details
Ideally the property would have an independent unit for a small family to live in, a nice big open space either in the house or outside (could be a yurt) for doing meditation, yoga, bodily exercices, tai chi... for a grop of max 10 people, and then the possibility of having wooden huts or mobile homes around with individual or a common bathroom + living room for people to stay in. Also it would be good that the place have enough land to have animals (chicken, sheep...).
