I am searching for 20+ acres in the West Midlands for camping, allotments, workshops and activities.
I’m setting up a centre for healthcare, focused on dementia care and heart health.
The land needs to have plenty of access and be fairly flat, hopefully with some outbuildings, so a smallholding would be perfect.
I would need to section the land off according to the needs above. This would be a community project, so cost is a major factor, as well as accessibility.
Planning permission for a single dwelling would be perfect.
I would need to put up mobile buildings for workshops and events; amenities would be desirable may need to apply for a change of purpose. No brightways or pathways.
