Here are the latest findings from our scouts:
…it’s a little under the 20-acre prescribed, but not by much. Woodland and suitable for a variety of uses and mixed amenities. No outbuildings. And at a good price.
…further north than you asked, but still only Cheshire. More acreage and still a deced price. Flat ground and greater potential for camping etc.
…the is productive land, so not sure about the suitability for your project. But the location, acreage and price are all on point.
