Wanted: £350,000-£450,000 in Northumbria, Scottish borders and Wales.

We need help finding the right property, an old house with character that we can update, with 10-20 acres ideally. We have cattle so need grazing land and barns, outbuildings (for storage and an art studio) and we would like to have more animals (pigs, sheep, goats, chickens, ducks, geese), perhaps have a rescue centre, have eco pods for rent or air b and b, do rewilding, grow own veg, orchard, pond. We will have £350,000 from our house sale, we are newly on the market. We know it’s a lot to ask but we have seen properties for £350,000-£450,000 with this eg in Northumbria, Scottish borders and Wales. We are currently based in Stroud, Glos so unlikely to afford anything near us.
