Hi,

        Thanks for your enquiry.

Our scouts are currently wading through opportunities in Caerphilly and South Wales.

At first glance, there are certainly good signs re: your search.

Here’s a property we recently found that we think might resemble your perfect picture:

4 Bed Smallholding For Sale With 7.85 Acres of Pastureland in New Tredegar (£600K)

…it’s a characterful cottage of 1700’s construction, a little under the acreage you seek but with outbuildings.

        Any good?

Let us know if you’d like to see more of these…

        Speak soon.
