How’s the smallholding hunting going?
Thanks for your recent request for information on the market in Buxton…here are some recent discoveries from our scouts:
In Buxton
…it’s slightly outside of your price range, but perhaps negotiable. Just enough acreage and planning for further development. Drawback: it’s semi-detached…but in Buxton.
In Derbyshire
- Two Storey Barn For Sale Requiring Renovation With Planning For Conversion, Outbuildings & 1.22 Acres of Land in Bamford Village (£285K)
- Derelict Bungalow For Sale (By Auction) Requiring Renovation With Barns Including Planning Permission & 34.79 Acres of Land in Homesfield (£500K)
…both of these require renovation, but include planning permission for conversion. The first is considerably under budget with small acreage, and the second one is slightly over budget BUT auctioned and with much more acreage.
We’ll continue to look for more listings in Buxton, neighbouring areas in Sheffield and then Yorkshire (S & W) and Lincs.
