We're now able to explore a country lifestyle further due to father passing as my wife & I were both his carers. We had a small cottage in France for a while with 11 acres & we loved the lifestyle but caring & lockdown made it difficult to progress full time. France is lovely but not for us now.
We are looking to purchase an ongoing business with potential to develop & diversify, a small farm or small holding.
We're not sure how farms are financed, so if anyone can give us advice on that aspect we could possibly undertake to commit to a bigger business as long as the income was there to pay banyo mortgage.
