Meet The Buyers: Smallholdings Wanted

We have 2 horses that we would ideally like to take for a trot on a nice beach.

We need a minimum of 5 acres but would be happy with more. We would like some woodland ideally but the sea and beach is most important, we currently have shore frontage but no sand.

We are happy to renovate or even build from scratch so, any condition of house or building/barn is fine. Also happy to just move to a property that is ready to go.

We have been crofting for 12 years and live on a small island but would consider mainland or island life as long as it has a community.

I have 4 rescue donkeys, might get a few more. Want to grow veggies, so polytunnel would be great and keep a few sheep for wool. Would like to create an off grid home. On the side of a gentle hill would be perfect and not next to a main road as we have cats and a dog. Thank you

Rural or even remote with no neighbours. Breathtaking views, preferably stone house or bungalow with perhaps outbuildings and holiday letting potential or already a going concern. Must have land

We are looking for our forever smallholding in or around Cheshire ideally (as convenient for work, family etc). We live in the area already.

Ideally looking for around 10 acres so we can have a doggy field, a few sheep fields/goats and maybe one fallow in rotation or possibly a camping field in the Summer, who knows. The property can require work. Outbuildings essential as we have some classic cars to house and some other barns for workshops etc would be brilliant. May possibly have a wedding barn if space or buildings permit. If we can find the right property we would also look to start a family in the next 12 months.

I used to run a smallholding when I was much younger so have some experience.
