A few acres to run dogs and potentially a horse or two. Home with at least two beds. Rural and preferably close to coast

Separate single person housing for five plus support plus on site agricultural projects, growing tunnels, livestock - we have plenty of experience

To buy a farm or small holing with plenty of storage and some land, we sell equipment and bees currently, but are looking to get into chickens and duck eggs again. As we have done in the past while running a pub.

Detached property with up to 1 acre. Plan to grow fruit and beg, potentially utilising polytunnels. Properties with a separate detached annexe with permission for holiday lettings would be prioritised as they could provide a useful income stream. East Anglia is preferred, but North Yorkshire would also be considered for family reasons. Happy to do basic works on property, but looking for something that is liveable and do not wish to consider major structural reparations or rebuilds.

I need a smallholding with at least 5-10 acres of land with outbuildings as I currently live on one and have livestock and horses. Outbuildings is a must for the livestock stables are always a bonus. I don’t have the time to renovate so house must be in good repair and ready to move into

I want land for my three ponies, and other animals, room to build a menarge, outbuildings to use for equipment, and a home for my husband and I. Preferably with good hacking and biking nearby

We had a smallholding we sold in 2018 and really miss the lifestyle. We have 2 ponies and a lab but also yearn to keep hens again and have a cat. A community to integrate into is slso important to us and an area to grow flowers and veg.
