It may or may not be a smallholding that we are looking for but it is a start!

We are looking for properties that may have combination of business use ie something that we can turn into a special education provision for about 20-25 children. We would need some land for the children's outdoor activities. We would seek Planning Permission etc.

I want to produce our own food including fruit veg with some small animals for meat and dairy.

To provide for family and community around us would be a goal to teach others what is possible and encourage others to do it themselves.

Ambition to run a smallholding

About 15 acre smallholding with house, pre-build & good condition. Want it for only residential use - am interested in achieving full-self sufficiency. Ideally not on a really steep hill.

Beekeeping , orchard , vegetable plot

we're looking to escape to start small scale farming and become self sustainable. we're looking for peace, no neighbours. room for bees, maybe mushrooms, maybe crops one day. probably not livestock.

This has been a long-term goal to be self-sufficient learning how to grow on land, work from home using my skills I have learnt in holistic therapies and Acupunture training etc.

Have successfully let surburban properties for a number of year and am now looking to move to a rural location in a remote part of Englandm, Scotland or Wales. I would ideally like to buy a smallholding or small farm with existing buildings possibly in need of renovation. My dream location would include (or be very near) extensive woodland and access a stream.

I was bought up on a farm with an assortment of animals. I have recently retired & currently own a 17th century house divided into 3 rentals. I would like now to have a small property with at least one acre up to 2 acres to have a few animals & a vegetable patch. I currently live on the Suffolk-Norfolk border. The cottage needs to have 2 bedrooms, bathroom, kitchen & sitting room. Preferably light. A functional out building to use as a shelter. Am happy to do a bit of updating etc. The land is the important need..

we currently have rented land but are losing this as the lease is expiring. We have a small pedigree flock and are ready for our own place with the freedom and security this will bring us.
Ideally close to a village community as we have now with good internet for home-working.

Looking to develop a holiday let business with log cabins. Looking for peaceful / beautiful land near Bristol or outskirts, with trees, woodland and a stream in the land if possible and which has the potential to put log cabins.
