Self contained annex, LARGE workshop (looking to sell with what’s in there), various outbuildings.
We keep the camping pretty low key ourselves, probably between £2k to £4k. Its via the C&CC, their legislation is a maximum of 5 caravans/motor homes & 10 tents at any 1 time. Only facilities we provide is single outside toilet with hot & cold running water, chemical disposal unit and fresh water. We charge on average of £20 per night per pitch, so could generate a lot more if that’s what was wanted. We keep it quiet ourselves tho, adults only
We don’t supply hook up, we allow hard standing in the yard when weather is too bad, very few have asked for hook up, so haven’t felt the need to supply
