I am searching for 20+ acres for camping, allotments, workshops and activities. I’m setting up a Centre for Healthcare , focussed on dementia care and heart health. The land need to have plenty of access and be fairly flat hopefully with some outbuildings so a small holding would be perfect. I would need to section the land off according to the needs above. This would be a community project so cost is a major factor as well as accessibility. Planning permission for a single dwelling would be perfect. I would need to put up Mobile buildings for workshops and events amenities would be desirable may need to apply for a change of purpose, no bright ways or pathways.
