I would like a Small holding property with no structural damage, I don't mind a project to refurbish and do possible renovations. The land must be south /south west facing with its own water source and trees for for logs to be used in wood burner, it also must have an outbuilding or buildings for storage or to be used for possible change of use. I would like it to be fairly isolated and not on a main road. If it had some fruit trees that also would be a bonus.
