looking for a good entrance private farm houses with outbuildings

I'm looking for a smallholding with a property and land. Ideally, I'd like the property to have 4 bedrooms but 3 at the minimum. It doesn't need to be in decorative order but simply habitable. For land, I want at least 5 acres which will be used for a variety of animals, fruit trees and a few glamping pods. The aim is to be self-sufficient but also run a business. Income will come from renting out 2-3 glamping pods, selling produce from livestock and hosting farming holidays. The intention is to farm rare/native breed sheep for wool/textiles and breeding/selling lambs. Diversification will be key by also having chickens/ducks (for eggs), bees (honey), and a dairy cow (milk, cheese, breeding calves). There is no specific location as we are willing to go anywhere in the UK for the right property. Budget is up to £400,000.

A property l could rent or buy preferably with a smsll number of outbuildings thati could convert . A house or bungalow that l could rent or buy on the site. No.problems with doing up. I can modernise if l purchased the property. Needs to be livable in but doesnt need everything brand new in it.
I can liveanywhere in the uk. Obviously l need a market somewhere need so a need for my services Need no worries about noise.
I need enough space for dog training to ahigh level and possible an area for horse training need enough space for parking for people comingand going. I would consider a working none working investment partner .
